Trillium Brewing’s second collaboration with their good friends from Garage Project, South Pacific Soufflé is a full flavored imperial stout brewed with a number of dark roasted malts and dark brown sugar. Trillium Brewing then conditioned it on Tongan vanilla beans, Flight Coffee, and Goodnow Farms cacao nibs. Tongan vanilla beans offer a truly unique and bold flavor profile with a South Pacific flare. Nearly a foot long, their Fort Point brewing team hand scraped pound after pound of these vanilla beans to allow their luxurious aroma and flavor to shine.
Available now (8/8) for online sales for pick up tomorrow (8/9). There will also be bottles available tomorrow (8/9) on a first-come-first-serve basis.
