Imperial Stout Aged in Heaven Hill and Angel’s Envy Bourbon Barrels with Cinnamon and Vanilla
Sun Prince (Collab with Fonta Flora)
Double India Pale Ale brewed with Colorado Peach Double Dry-Hopped with Hallertau Blanc & Huell Melon Brewed in Collaboration with Fonta Flora.
7.8% ABV | 45 IBU
Cocktail-inspired, red sour ale aged in wine barrels with Colorado Montmorency cherries and finished in Rye barrels with citrus zest.
Coolship inoculated, spontaneous ale crafted Method Traditionelle. A previous version took gold at GABF in the Belgian-style Lambic category.
(Woodford Reserve Rye Barrel) 2018
Méthode Traditionnelle, Spontaneous Ale Aged in French Oak Barrels with Washington Raspberries finished in Woodford Reserve Rye Barrels
(Port Barrel) 2017 w/Cacao and Vanilla
Burgundy Sour Ale aged in a single Port Wine Barrel with Colorado-grown Montmorency Cherries and finished with Cacao and Vanilla
Apricot Vibe – 375ml
Méthode Traditionnelle, Spontaneously fermented ale brewed with Colorado-grown apricots and finished in brandy barrels
This Hudson Valley meets the Rocky Mountains Collaboration was actually born from countless times spent in beautiful Vermont. Over the years Ryan Burk and I have collaborated together at the famed Hill Farmstead, brewing, imbibing and traveling the back woods of the North East Kingdom in VT. When Ryan took over at Angry Orchard’s Walden, NY location, a collaboration was inevitable.
Private Reserve Stout
Imperial stout aged for 52 months in a blend of Angel’s Envy, Woodford Reserve and Buffalo Trace barrels.
