1923 Prohibition Bar announces it will open its second Las Vegas Strip location at the Grand Canal Shoppes inside The Venetian Resort® Las Vegas in mid-2024. It will be open exclusively for private bookings throughout the week and intimate, captivating live performances on weekends, including an ultra-secret, hidden chamber magic show in partnership with a staple Las Vegas production company soon to be announced. The private, expansive and modern speakeasy will only be accessible to guests receiving secret instructions guiding them to its cleverly concealed entrance.
For private and corporate events, 1923 will welcome groups up to 500+ with 6,800 square feet of flexible space. It will be beautifully appointed with underground, Prohibition-style 20s-inspired décor; a stage for live performances; view overlooking the famed Grand Canal gondoliers; and full audiovisual capabilities, branding and full catering capabilities. The venue makes an ideal setting for corporate receptions, cocktail parties, sports-viewing events, seated banquets and more and is one of the larger private event spaces on property. Private whiskey tastings can also be arranged for groups of varying sizes.
“The motivation to open a second 1923 Prohibition Bar is to fulfill the demand for unique, expansive private event spaces on the Las Vegas Strip as well as create a home for interactive and intimate live performances, which seem to be disappearing from the Strip with all of the large mega-star residencies,” said Noel Bowman, owner, 1923 Prohibition Bar. “I’d really like to keep the small lounge act era alive, and our location is truly a hidden gem that will satisfy that need for exclusive, underground entertainment experiences as well as thrill private event planners and attendees with the expansive space.”
1923 Prohibition Bar’s second location will be in a large, inviting space above Minus5º ICEBAR at the Grand Canal Shoppes inside The Venetian Resort® only accessible by elevator for a true hidden speakeasy experience. For more information or to inquire about private events, visit 1923lv.com
