Second Self Beer Co. To Release Velvet Cake-Inspired Beer for Valentine’s Day
Atlanta brewery Second Self Beer Company’s latest release is Bleeding Heart (6.9% ABV, 27 IBU), an amber ale just in time for Valentine’s Day. One of Second Self’s most popular seasonals year after year, Bleeding Heart is inspired by the classic Southern dessert red velvet cake and is brewed with cocoa and vanilla.Bleeding Heart finds a balance between sweet, malty flavors and hops.
