Lupulin Night Witch 2026 and Unholy Confessions 2026 Released in Big Lake

Lupulin Night Witch 2026 and Unholy Confessions 2026 Released in Big Lake
>> TRANSMISSION 10.26 // BIG LAKE, MN // TWO BARREL-AGED BEERS RELEASED

Lupulin Night Witch 2026, the annual barrel-aged imperial stout from Lupulin Brewing in Big Lake, Minnesota, was released Sunday, Oct. 25. It shared the day with the 2026 vintage of Unholy Confessions, a barrel-aged Belgian-style quad, according to the brewery’s event announcement.

Lupulin Night Witch 2026

The brewery described Night Witch as “rich and full-bodied.” Lupulin listed these details:

  • 12.5% ABV barrel-aged imperial stout
  • an extended boil, then 21 to 33 months in whiskey, rye and bourbon barrels
  • single 16-ounce cans and draft at the Lupulin taproom
  • cans also going out to market

That last point matters for Earthlings outside Big Lake: Lupulin Night Witch 2026 was not a taproom exclusive. The brewery did not say which markets or stores would get cans, or when.

Unholy Confessions 2026

Unholy Confessions came in at 13% ABV and spent 12 to 24 months in a blend of bourbon and rye barrels. Lupulin’s own tasting notes promised “dark fruit, caramelized malt, Belgian yeast spice, vanilla, oak, and a deep, warming spirit character.”

Unlike Night Witch, Unholy Confessions was sold only at the Lupulin taproom, in 12-ounce four-packs, two-packs, single cans and on draft. The brewery’s line was “No distribution. No absolution.”

The rest of the day

The same Sunday also brought the fourth annual Strip Mall Beer Mile ($30 online, $40 on race day, costumes encouraged) and a Trunk-or-Treat from noon to 3 p.m. The brewery listed the noon–3 p.m. time for the Trunk-or-Treat; it did not give a start time for the Beer Mile in the announcement.

If you missed the taproom day, distribution cans are the realistic way to find Lupulin Night Witch 2026. Check with your local bottle shop.
