From March 7-13, 2022, the internationally-celebrated concept, Duck & Waffle (D&W), will bring its playful take on traditional British cuisine and cocktails to SUGARCANE raw bar grill in Las Vegas (located in the Venetian. For one week only, D&W Chef Daniel Barbosa will serve up some of the hot spot’s most beloved dishes and cocktails from the last decade to Las Vegas locals and visitors alike. For this exclusive menu showcase, Sugar Duck Brands unites its hallmark restaurants, Duck & Waffle and SUGARCANE raw bar grill with their common denominator – the Duck & Waffle.
“Duck & Waffle has been exciting customers for almost ten years now it’s time to bring its flavor and fun to the United States,” said Duck & Waffles Founder, Shimon Bokovza. “The Duck & Waffle dish was created at SUGARCANE so; this showcase is a special kind of homecoming.”
The menu includes quintessential D&W snacks like crunchy Corn Ribs in spicy sticky sauce; Crispy Polenta with truffle mayonnaise; BBQ-Spiced Crispy Pig Ears; and – from London’s freshly baked bread selection – Maple Glazed Cornbread with harissa yogurt.
Chef Barbosa’s selection of signature small plates includes Foie Gras Creme Brulée with pork crackling, marmalade, and brioche; Angus Beef Tartare with a Marmite-cured yolk, pickled onions, and dipping croutes; and a vegetarian-friendly Puy Lentils with spinach, sweet onion, organic yogurt, miso, and nasturtiums – among others.
Large plates include Sweet Potato Gnocchi with fresh peas, buffalo mozzarella, and toasted seeds; an inventive Prawn Burger with crispy noodles, miso cucumber and Old Bay®-seasoned mayonnaise; and the iconic Duck & Waffle.
For a sweet finish, a Black Sesame Sticky Toffee Pudding with burnt honey ice cream is a delightful twist on the British classic and the decadent Full Elvis waffle, made with peanut butter and jelly, caramelized banana, and Chantilly cream.
Widely recognized for its cocktail wizardry, the D&W team will also highlight three of its innovative libations. Harnessing the spirit of the brand’s 24/7 service-style is the Breakfast Fizz, made with Grey Goose L’Orange vodka, pink grapefruit, and a citrus and burnt toast infusion; the Duck & Stormy, inspired by the dark rum classic; and the Salted Chocolate Pistachio Old Fashioned, made with Monkey Shoulder whisky, salted caramel, and pistachio & chocolate bitters.

Breakfast Fizz
Grey Goose L’Orange vodka / pink grapefruit / citrus and a burnt toast infusion – carbonated and served long. Like a marmalade on toast with a side of vodka. And, a nod to Duck & Waffle’s 24/7-style, in true ‘breakfast-for-dinner’ fashion.
Duck & Stormy
Bacardi Carta Negra rum / coconut / lime / ginger juice. Carbonated and bottled. A playful twist on the dark rum classic, and, a Duck & Waffle signature.
Salted Chocolate Pistachio Old Fashioned
Monkey Shoulder whisky / salted caramel / pistachio & chocolate bitters. Decadent and delicious.

Waffle flavored vodka/ St. Germain elderflower liquor / Drambuie scotch / lime cordial / maple syrup. Stirred down and served over a chunk of ice. The comfort and nostalgia of a fluffy, maple-drizzled waffle, served with a side of vodka.
The showcase follows the launch of Duck & Waffle’s celebrated partnership with Goldbelly in the United States, shipping nationwide for foodies to enjoy with family and friends at home. The dish can also be enjoyed at SUGARCANE raw bar grill in Miami and Las Vegas, and at Duck & Waffle London.
