Chuckanut Brewery Releases Italian Style Pilsner

CHUCKANUT BREWERY pils23 | Beerathon

Chuckanut Brewery is happy to report it has released a new batch of Italian Style Pilsner. It’s been a while since Chuckanut has brewed this style of Pilsner beer. First learning abou it during the 2014 Birrificio Italiano Pils & Love Fest in Italy where Chuckanut Pilsner was served, created an excitement to brew a beer similar to the Italiano BirrificioTipopils. Chuckanut uses Italian grown Pilsner malt to lay down a backbone that delivers a pleasant maltiness and a slight honey sweetness. But the star of the show are the Noble hops Spalt and Tettnanger. Generously dry-hopped with Spalt hops, this Pilsner is highly drinkable with huge notes of spicy and herbal hops.

Chuckanut Italian Style Pilsner has a clean bitterness and lots of flavor and aroma. Terrific with oysters, seafood and really anything try it just by itself for a real taste treat. Available in very limited can supply at both Chuckanut locations and on tap at Chuckanut, selected accounts across Puget Sound and Portland, Or. It won’t last long, so get in for a refreshing glass ASAP!

Chuckanut Brewery brews award winning Lagers and Ales and has won Large Brewery of the Year at WA Beer Awards 2017, 2019 and 2021 and Small Brewery at the GABF 2011.
