The NFL kicked off its 2023 season this past weekend. The season started on Thursday with an opening night matchup between the defending champion Kansas City Chiefs and the Detroit Lions, a team many have picked to make the playoffs for the first time since 2016.
Today, BeerBoard – the leader in technology and automated intelligence for alcohol management in the on-premise hospitality industry – released its 2023 NFL Opening Weekend Pour Report detailing how consumers’ beer consumption across the country trended from Sept. 7-10.
Nationwide, beer consumption was down on the weekend (Thursday-Sunday) when compared to the 2022 NFL Opening Weekend.
