You read that right – Two Roots Brewing just brewed a Double IPA with no alcohol. Their brewers channeled the bitter hop bomb darlings of the days before the haze craze, and hopped this IPA aggressively from start to finish, adding copious amounts of citrusy, piney, and resinous hops throughout the boil, after the boil, in the dry hop, and even in the brite tank! The result is a lupulin rush of citrus pith flavors, sticky lingering bitterness, and intense aromas of grapefruit and exotic fruits.
