The Medals Continue To Pile Up For Garage Brewing Co.

Garage Brewing Co. has been racking up medals after medals as of late. Not to say their beers weren’t good before, it’s just that people are starting to noticing them more lately for some reason.  I must admit that I was one of those people, but all that changed when Stephanie Schulte (Marketing) sent me a bottle of the Chocolate Peanut Butter Milk Stout. WOW! Where has this brewery been all my life? So it was obvious what I had to do next… Pay them a visit.

Garage Brewing 5 | Minus5º ICEBARLast week I headed up to Temecula, Ca. There I had the pleasure of hang out with the gals and the owner of Garage Brewing Co. We talked about the industry, quality, food among many other topics. All of this took place while consuming some of their delicious food that came out of their kitchen. This included Pizza, Wings, Fried Pickles and more, everything we tasted was as delicious as the beers on tap. Nothing could’ve prepared me for the amazing time we had.  It’s easy to see why they are doing so well by just spending a couple of hours with the crew. I can describe this feeling with two words, Love and Dedication…

The Temecula/Murrieta-based brewery’s amazing beers won three medals at the 2019 North American Beer Awards and placed first and second at the 2019 California State Fair Commercial Beer Competition, it was recently announced.

Classic Lager and Toasted Marshmallow Milk Stout took home Silver while Hop ‘N Boots, an India Pale Lager, nabbed Bronze at the North American Beer Awards.

At the California State Fair Commercial Beer Competition, Jasmine Green Tea-Bird placed first in the honey beer category and Chocolate Peanut Butter Milk Stout came in second place in the chocolate beer category.

These awards come on the heels of 15 recent awards from the Los Angeles International Beer Competition (6), San Diego International Beer Competition (3) and the NorCal Brew Fest (6).

“By winning awards in different competitions, our team knows we’re hitting the mark of consistency,” Guy Bartmess, brew master at Garage Brewing said. “We put a lot of focus and energy into every beer we make to make sure we are spot on every time. The little details matter.”
