The Bruery releases two new stouts “Vermont Sticky Maple” and “Island Time”

The Bruery added sweet and sticky Vermont maple syrup from Butternut Mountain Farm in Vermont to a thick big-bodied, bourbon barrel aged imperial stout. The result was incredible, and they had to share it with everyone. With big and bold flavors of dark chocolate and notes of oak and vanilla, the maple syrup adds a delicate and subtly sweet profile creating a harmony of flavors on your palate.

Since one new stout wasn’t enough, The Bruery also created “Island Time.” “Island Time” is a sweet stout brewed with Hawaiian sea salt, lactose, marshmallow, toasted coconut and natural vanilla. The result is flavors of dark chocolate and caramel mixed with the coconut and marshmallow. The vanilla adds some creaminess to “Island Time,” while the sea salt adds an overall balance to everything. Take The Bruery’s advice and start living on “Island Time.”
