Green Grass Grows is a 7.2% Sour IPA comprised of Golden Promise, Spelt, Oats, and Wheat. After being fermented with Vermont Ale yeast, Rare Barrel aggressively dry-hopped the beer solely with Nelson Sauvin. Rare Barrel then blended in a touch of acidity to help balance the hop bite and make the beer more crushable. With aromas of mango, pineapple, and white grape Green Grass Grows will put grass on your chest! .
