Lord Hobo Brewing has been a pioneer of authentic craft beer of the highest caliber in the U.S. since the company was established 7 years ago. With a state-of-the-art brewery located in Woburn, MA, it has grown to become a leading New England craft brewery with admired brands such as Boomsauce, 617, and Juice Lord.
“We’re truly excited to welcome Dan to our company.” said Brian Walsh (CEO). “We see the appointment of Dan as another key step in strengthening our Leadership Team. Dan has the right skills, right capabilities and right personality to help lead us on our growth strategy over the coming years. Dan is very well-known and respected in the beer industry. We see his deep experience, particularly in chain sales, wholesaler relations and team leadership as critical to the future development of our sales organization”.
Dan Moerman brings his expertise from an exemplary career in beer, spanning 26-plus years at AB InBev:
“I am delighted to be joining Lord Hobo at such a pivotal point in the company’s evolution”, said Dan Moerman. “To be part of the growth plan that Brian, the Lord Hobo team and the Board have put in place is an opportunity that I could not turn down and I look forward to a really exciting journey. I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone I have worked with at ABI – I have been fortunate to be part of that company for over 26 years and to have had the opportunity to accomplish many things that I will always be proud of”.
Lord Hobo continues to grow their Leadership Team, starting with Master Brewer Keith Gabbett and now a new Vice President Sales. “Through our partnership with CPG Search Firm, Protis Global, we were gratified to have been connected with Dan.” states Brian Walsh (CEO). “We couldn’t be more honored to have his extensive experience lead our sales force as we continue our plans for rapid growth in 2022.”.
