The 15th annual La Jolla Art & Wine Festival (LJAWF) returns on Saturday, October 7 and Sunday, October 8, 2023, from 10AM-6PM daily. Visitors can expect a fully packed weekend of fine art, regional and international wines, craft beer and spirits, a high-end silent auction, live entertainment and music, a gourmet food court, pet rescue stations, and interactive, family-friendly fun! Entry to this creative showcase is absolutely FREE!
The La Jolla Art & Wine Festival features more than 160 juried artists from across the U.S. and Mexico. Artists from all backgrounds will display exquisite creations in a variety of mediums including painting, sculpture, jewelry, fine glass, ceramics, woodwork, mixed media, photography, and more.
Each year the LJAWF highlights a featured artist. This year’s featured artist is Paola Luther, a professional award-winning traditional artist with over 15 years of experience working in all mediums: oil, watercolors, pastels, gouache, color pencil and acrylic. Paola is a representational painter and paints images that possess a strong sense of light and rich vibrant color. Her current focus is on human figures on landscape, particularly the beach. All profits raised at the LJAWF benefit underfunded programs such as art, music, science, physical education, technology, and on-site medical care at La Jolla’s five public schools. Since its inception, the La Jolla Art & Wine Festival has donated more than $1,000,000 to these schools for the educational benefit of more than 4,000 children.

Located in the heart of the festival, our Wine & Beer Garden spans over 13,000 square feet, offering ample seating, shaded areas, and plenty of space to dance. The Wine & Beer Garden is a ticketed event, open from 12:00pm to 6:00pm, with the last pour at 5:30pm.
