Jester King Provenance Lemon Lime Batch 6 releases Mar 14

This Thursday at 4pm when the Jester King Tasting Room & Restaurant opens, they will release their latest batch of Provenance Lemon Lime, a farmhouse ale with the juice and zest of Texas lemons and limes.
 
This batch was brewed in December with raw Hill Country well water, malted barley and wheat then fermented in our stainless steel tanks with our mixed culture of brewers yeast, native yeast and bacteria. After primary fermentation, Jester King added the juice and zest of 400 pounds each Meyer lemons and Persian limes from G & S Groves in McAllen, Texas and let the beer go through refermentation.
 
Provenance Lemon Lime has an ABV of 5.6%. will be available by the glass and in bottles to go (750mL/$13). Around 6,000 bottles are available. Jester King anticipate distribution of this beer.
