Last summer, Council Brewing jumped at the opportunity to get some freshly emptied barrels from Cutwater Spirits. They quickly brewed up 4 batches of Pirate’s Breakfast, filled up the barrels and let them age for 6 months, allowing these barrels work their charm on our delicious Imperial Oatmeal Stout.
“The end result is truly amazing. We’ve done blind tastings of the beers with our staff and customers and everyone has a different favorite. Which one will be yours? We’re offering these in a mixed 4-Pack (one of each variant), online only.”
