Crux Fermentation is beyond thrilled to announce their first whiskey! This has been a dream collaboration with Pursuit Distilling Co. in Washington and represents years in the making. Crux Fermentation created the wash at their facility. Pursuit then distilled and aged it in new American charred oak barrels for over two years. The result is layered, daring, and precisely the whiskey Crux Fermentation wanted in their glasses. They will be releasing it into the wild Friday, the 18th. Pours will be available at the tasting room, either neat or on the rocks.
Bottles will be sold at these select liquor stores in Bend: Trailhead, 3rd Street, Newport Market, and South Bend. You can also pick up a bottle at Pursuit’s tasting room in Enumclaw, WA.
