THEY ARE HERE!!! We are happy to announce the 2021 return of Medianoche, WeldWerks’ flagship Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, as well as one of it’s most popular, sought-after variants, Starry Noche! If you’re planning a trip to CBC, this might be a release that you would be interested in!

- Bottles will go on-sale Saturday, Sept. 4 at 10 a.m. via Eventbrite
- Limit of 2 bottles per person on 2021 Medianoche and 3 per person on Starry Noche
- Pickup window will run from Wednesday, Sept. 8 thru Sunday, Sept. 19
2021 Medianoche
This year’s base Medianoche showcases an incredible blend of liquid, aged for 23-27 months in freshly emptied Weller 6-year wheated bourbon, Blanton’s 7-year bourbon, Heaven Hill 14-year bourbon and other 5-11 yr bourbon barrels. It exhibits exquisite balance and notes of fudge brownie batter, English toffee, chocolate covered espresso beans and dark chocolate almond bark.
Starry Noche
This year’s version continues that amazing base ‘Noche pedigree with stout aged an average of 25 months (some as old as 33 months) in barrels that include Old Weller Antique 107, George Dickel 11-yr Bottled in Bond, Blanton’s Original Single Barrel (8-yr), Limited Edition Knob Creek Kentucky Straight Bourbon (15-yr), Woodford Reserve Master’s Collection Chocolate Rye (6-yr) and Old Forester 1910 double barrels.
After all that extended aging and subsequent multi-step blending, the finished base was conditioned on more than 3 lbs/gallon of toasted coconut flakes and raw coconut chips (read: an absolute TON of coconut), then finished with toasted hazelnut.
