WeldWerks Brewing Company, known for pushing boundaries in the craft beer scene, is shaking things up with their latest project: bo͞oz, a bold line of ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktails.
“We saw RTDs as a chance to unleash our creativity and develop something truly unique,” says WeldWerks Head Brewer Skip Schwartz. “Our passion for spirits and barrel-aging made this a natural progression for WeldWerks. It’s our chance to explore the world of spirits beyond beer.”
Canned Cocktails for Colorado
Partnering with Sleeping Giant Brewing Company for packaging, bo͞oz will hit shelves throughout Colorado in early July.Due to licensing, bo͞oz won’t be available at the WeldWerks taproom, but participating retailers will soon be offering these innovative canned beverages.
A Taste of Adventure: Orange Creamsicle Crush & PB&J Bourbon Smash
The bo͞oz lineup boasts two exciting flavors:
- Orange Creamsicle Crush: Inspired by Virginia’s vibrant cocktail scene, this 10.5% ABV drink takes the classic creamsicle to new heights. Tangy orange blends with rich vanilla for a complex and refreshing experience. Imagine a bold burst of orange soda that transitions into a smooth, creamy finish – perfect for warm-weather gatherings.
- PB&J Bourbon Smash: This 12.1% ABV cocktail is a delightful twist on a childhood favorite. Imagine the creamy comfort of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, but in a sophisticated bourbon cocktail. The aroma of ripe strawberries mingles with roasted peanuts, accented by subtle oak. The taste is a velvety blend of creamy peanut butter, caramel bourbon, and sweet strawberry, leaving a gentle warmth on the palate.
