Ritual Brewing Co. continues its tradition of exceptional beer with yet another Gold Medal for their Big Deluxe Imperial Stout. In addition to the Gold Medal just received from the San Diego International Beer Competition, Big Deluxe has many awards including Gold Medals from the Great American Beer Festival, the California State Commercial Beer Competition, the Los Angeles International Beer Competition, and many others. This amazing, limited release Imperial Oat Stout features a massive wall of flavor – dark, rich and delicious!
“We’ve struck gold in San Diego pretty consistently since we started participating in that competition.”, said Steve Dunkerken, Ritual’s Co-Founder, “There’s a lot of solid breweries competing in San Diego so we’re stoked to have brought Gold Medals home every year we’ve entered.”
Big Deluxe is a well-known beer from Ritual along with their many other award winning beers.
“It’s a big, delicious beer at 12.2% ABV – perfect for this time of year as the weather starts to cool down.” Added Owen Williams, Ritual’s other Co- Founder.
Ritual is open amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic with outdoor seating and food available from a variety of local food vendors.
“We are doing more unique specialty beers than ever at the brewery and tapping something different on most days.” added Williams. “We installed shade sails out on our dock area and it’s a great spot with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some great food and beers that are only available at our brewery.”
Big Deluxe is available on draft or in bottles to-go at Ritual’s brewery in Redlands, their web store, and at specialty retailers throughout Southern California. Info about the specialty releases at the brewery is posted daily to Ritual’s Instagram and Facebook pages.
