Great Raft Brewing is pleased to announce that Dripp Hot Chicken is taking up permanent residence at Great Raft Brewing. Customers can expect their favorites previously featured on the Dripp Hot Chicken food truck, along with some new, exclusive items available only at Great Raft Brewing.
Dripp Hot Chicken is the latest creation of Michelle and Caleb King, founders of Dripp Donuts. Since Dripp Hot Chicken arrived on the food scene in Northwest Louisiana – it’s been an elusive target for many Dripp-lovers in the area. Operating from a food truck, Dripp Hot Chicken has popped up at a variety of local businesses and neighborhoods. But now, Dripp has moved into and taken over operations of the kitchen permanently stationed at the Great Raft Brewing Tasting Room.
