Colorado Brewers Guild Announces the Return of the 10th Annual Colorado Pint Day

Mark your calendars, Colorado craft beer enthusiasts! The Colorado Brewers Guild (CBG) proudly announces the return of the 10th Annual Colorado Pint Day, taking place on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. This time-honored tradition has become a beloved event for beer lovers across the state, offering the chance to collect limited-edition pint glasses while supporting local craft breweries.

A Fundraiser for the Love of Beer

Since its inception, Colorado Pint Day has served as more than just a fun outing for beer enthusiasts. It’s a fundraiser with a purpose. For every pint glass sold, $1 is donated to the Colorado Brewers Guild, helping the nonprofit organization promote, protect, and propel Colorado’s independent craft breweries. By participating, beer lovers not only enjoy a special keepsake but also contribute to advocacy, education, and public awareness for the vibrant craft beer industry in Colorado.

“Colorado Pint Day is a labor of love from the craft beer industry that you’ll want to clear your cupboard for,” says CBG Communications Manager Carrie Knose Wilson. Over the years, the event’s glassware designs have transformed from simple logos to intricate, themed artwork, thanks to the creativity of local artists.

2025’s Theme: “Beer is for Everyone”

This year’s winning design for the limited-edition pint glass comes from local artist Leanne Bridie, whose concept, “Beer is for Everyone,” embodies the inclusive and communal spirit of craft beer. Bridie’s work features a whimsical mix of Colorado wildlife, including a wolf, Blucifer the horse, a bass, and a goose, all decked out in iconic “Colorado-Starter-Pack” attire.

Bridie’s inspiration stems from her fascination with vintage and retro illustration styles, combined with playful exaggeration in anatomy and figure drawing. The result is a pint glass design that sparks nostalgia and fun while staying true to Colorado’s rich culture.

Artist’s Statement:
“Beer can serve as a mode of connection, difference in taste, celebration, respect, and enjoyment — just like our love and appreciation for animals. In true Colorado form, this concept includes a wolf, Blucifer the horse, a bass, and a goose; all donned in common Colorado-Starter-Pack attire.”

A Decade of Pint Day Success

Last year’s Colorado Pint Day was a record-breaking event, with over 225 participating breweries across the state. This year, the Colorado Brewers Guild aims to surpass that number, making the 10th anniversary of Pint Day the biggest celebration yet. The event is strategically held on a Wednesday during the slower season for breweries, encouraging beer lovers to flock to taprooms and support local businesses.

“Winning a competition held by a nonprofit like the Colorado Brewers Guild, who supports such an awesome community, is very exciting,” says Bridie. “I am honored and humbled by this win and would be grateful to serve as a resource for more local businesses in need of creative work.”
