Equinox Golf Resort & Spa Partners With Zero Gravity Craft Beer to Create Signature Label

Equinox Golf Resort & Spa Partners With Zero Gravity Craft Beer to Create Signature Label

Manchester, VT’s historic resort, Equinox Golf Resort and Spa, has officially partnered with Vermont’s Zero Gravity Craft Brewery  to capture the mountain getaway experience in a can!

In the 1880’s the spring water from Mount Equinox was advertised as “the best and purest water … a great luxury to the guests,” and until the 1920’s, the Equinox Springs Company bottled and sold the water. The can of the Zero Gravity Equinox edition can was designed to honor this history and is a light, hazy ale, ideal for a warm summer day in the mountains.

To find out more, we chatted with Rob Booth, the Director of Sales & Marketing of Equinox Golf Resort and Spa:

How did this partnership come to be?

Zero Gravity is a great partner of ours and agreed to do a private label of their lager for us.

What was the inspiration behind the can design?

The Equinox was a recycling center in the early 1900s. The inspiration for the can design came from this historical photo:

How would you describe the beer’s taste?

Very crisp and clean! It is a great lager beer to sip on during a warm summer day. After a long day of Off-roading with Land Rover or fly fishing and clay shooting here at The Equinox, there is nothing better or more refreshing.

Are you planning any other partnerships with Zero Gravity (perhaps a fall inspired beer?)

We are always up to partner with ZG. We are looking to incorporate more of their beers into our menu as the fall begins. Their Oktoberfest is amazing!

Where is the beer available?

You can purchase the Equinox Lager at the resort and it is on tap at the Falcon Bar.
