Firestone Walker has debuted a new Fourth of July campaign for 805 Beer to celebrate their long standing California roots. “This Land Is Your Land,” an emotive rendition of Woody Guthrie’s iconic American anthem from 805 Beer Authentico and country singer-songwriter Jade Jackson. The film can be viewed above or here.
“This Land Is Your Land” is the latest project from 805 Beer that celebrates the extraordinary stories of their ambassadors—known as Authenticos—who embody the pioneering spirit of 805 Beer and its Central Coast of California origins. Brewed in the heart of California, Firestone Walker Brewing Company and its 805 Beer draw inspiration not only from their vibrant local community, but further to their foundation in the state’s soil. Premiering ahead of the Fourth of July, this campaign underscores the values of homegrown authenticity and individual adventure which both the brewery and their established 805 brand represent.
The film features Jade Jackson’s heartfelt performance and reflects the journey of Firestone Walker Brewing Company’s founders, David Walker and Adam Firestone, in their story of building a homegrown brewery in the heart of California. This film is a follow-up to the 805 Beer film “Small Town Story,” which explores her passion for songwriting and the undying support of her family.
“As brewers, we must be deeply connected to our environment and communities. We owe a lot to this place we call home and are incredibly proud to have built and run a brewery in California,” said Nick Firestone. “We hope this project with Jade serves as a worthy tribute to our community and the journey our Authenticos and 805 Beer fans undertake to pursue their passions.”
Jade Jackson, a native of Santa Margarita, California, has always been deeply connected to her roots in the small Central Coast town. Raised in a family where music was the center of their lives, Jade’s father nurtured her passion for songwriting and performing from a young age.
