We’re just DAYS away from our 5-year anniversary party (Man, time flies when you’re making good beer) and we can’t wait to celebrate with rad, beer loving folks like you!
Join us, Saturday, Oct. 26th from noon – 10pm for an afternoon of celebration in our Miramar taproom, featuring good food, live music, limited edition glassware SUPER LIMITED!, a new lineup of merch and, of course, the chance to check out some fresh, new brews our team is pretty damn proud of.
Noon – 3:30pm, Tacos from Big Boyz Tacos
3:30 – 6:15, Gourmet food from Eat Your Heart Out SD
4-7pm, Live music from The Cedar Shakers
Noon – 10pm, Specialty Brews Released
Rum Barrel Aged Belgian Strong, 8.9% ABV
Deep Amber in color, plum and raisin aroma with subtle spice, sweet rum candy flavor with rich stone fruit background and a warm woody finish. Aged over a year in a half in Cutwater Spirits Rum Barrels
Bourbon Barrel Aged Death Of A Brewer, 10% ABV
Opaque black, Sweet chocolate milk aroma with hints of roasted coffee, dark chocolate flavor with a hints of vanilla and an impactful woody bourbon flavor.
Gin Barrel Aged Saison, 8% ABV
Golden copper color, pinion wood and juniper berry aroma, Mildly tart and complemented by heavy herbaceous flavors, finished with a light oaky flavor. This beer is extremely complex and exciting. Aged two years in single turn Cellar 3 Gin barrels.
