- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pkg (2 ¼ tsp ) active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm Firestone Walker's Mind Haze IPA (or any pale ale or IPA, around 110°F)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Activate Yeast: In a bowl, combine warm craft beer and sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
Mix Dough: Stir until the dough begins to come together, then knead on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
