Coronado Brewing Launches Stingray IPA with Release Parties Nationwide!
We’re excited to announce Coronado Brewing Company in San Diego is adding a new beer to their core lineup. It’s the first time in FOUR years that that this company is adding a brand new year-round offering, so as you can imagine, this is a pretty big deal. And not just any beer, but they’ve chosen one of our all-time favorite IPA’s, the Stingray IPA. An imperial IPA, this packs a punch at 7.9% ABV, yet is very drinkable. The tropical fruit flavors in this beer as well as soft accents of nectarine and peach balance well with the strong hop profile. It’s enough to transport you to the sunny California beaches by which it was made. We’re excited that now, whether you live in Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Massachussets, or one of the 18 other states which they’re now distributing this awesome IPA to, you can share in this tropical hoppy wonder of a beer.
Coronado plans to celebrate their launch nationwide on January 15th. Their deeming it “Stingray IPA Day”. Bars across the country will be featuring Stingray IPA while they get a chance to meet and talk about this beer with Coronado’s friendliest reps. Fans will also be able to win prizes by using the hashtag #StingrayIPA on social media. In addition to the long-established pub in Coronado, the company opened a tasting room inside their newly built San Diego production facility in early 2013, and a tasting room and restaurant in Imperial Beach, California in 2014. Coronado Brewing Company was honored in 2014 with one of the brewing industry’s most prestigious awards-World Beer Cup Champion Brewery and Brewmaster for a Mid-size Brewing Company.
