Oregon powerhouse brewery Rogue has been pumping out delicious craft beer for the Ashland community since 1989, and has since become a staple in the west coast craft beer scene. With a boastful repertoire of beer, Rogue has a little something everyone can enjoy and is defiantly not afraid to think outside the box with brews such as the Sriracha Hot Stout, and the Voodoo Doughnut Mango Astronaut Ale. Well, what are you waiting for?! Get out there and pick some Rogue up for yourselves! Cheers!
Appearance: The Yellow Snow IPA pours a light amber, orange color with a hint of gold. Has a very small compact head that dissipates quickly after drinking.
Aroma: very hoppy, fruity aroma that is almost sweet.
Taste: Slightly malty at first that then transitions to a hoppy backbone of citrus fruit. A little bite of bitterness from the hops that transitions to a tiny bit of sweetness, almost tangy flavor.
Mouthfeel: Medium to moderate level of carbonation. Slight bitterness from hops that is quite pleasant.
Overall: Great hoppy flavor with a small hint of malt. Fantastic citrus flavors that are met with a kick of bitterness. Refreshing IPA! Try it with Rogue’s suggested pairing of spicy beef!
