This Wednesday (4/15), Table 926 will host Ballast Point Beer Pairing Dinner chalk full of tasty bites and craft brew delights. A Ballast Point brewer will be on hand to explain the pairing process and describe the five beers that pair with dishes such as Guacamole Deviled Duck Eggs or Cider Pork Cheeks with Sweet Onion Apple Sauce. First Course

  • Tempura Fried Oysters and Vegetables, Sauce Gribiche, Dynamite Saucepaired with Longfin Lager

 

Second Course

  • Guacamole Deviled Duck Eggs, Bacon, Cilantro paired with Wahoo Wheat

 

Third Course

  • Cider Braised Pork Cheeks, Sweet Onion Apple Sauce, Smoked Gouda Grits paired with Smoke Screen Lager

 

Fourth Course

  • Roasted Local Yellowtail, Asparagus, Brown Rice Risotto, Meyer Lemon Pesto paired with East to West IPA

 

Dessert

  • Apricot Financier, Barmy Candied Almonds, Blood Orange Sorbet paired with Barmy Ale
