Coronado Brewing Co. Seacoast Pilsner Review
ABV | 4.9%
IBU | 18
Appearance: Once poured and held up to a light source the beer is a light gold color and very clear with a long-lasting white head.
Aroma: Subtle aromas of rich malt and a flowery tone. The hop notes are moderately low and do not overpower. These aromas mix well together and do not overpower one another, which is consistent with this style of beer.
Flavor: Opposite of the hop aroma as soon as you taste this beer you’re hit with a medium hop bitterness that stays on the palate and lingers into the aftertaste. The malt that is present in the beer supports the hop bitterness and compliments it well while drinking. This beer has a crisp, smooth finish with a bitter aftertaste and light malt flavor.
Mouthfeel: The feel would be more of a medium-light body with appropriate
carbonation that doesn’t overpower.
Overall, the Coronado Brewing Co. Seacoast Pilsner is a smooth beer that is perfect for any occasion. This beer is surprisingly crisp and refreshing. It gives the human or alien drinking it a satisfying feel. Whether you’re at a BBQ, the beach or in your backyard this pilsner is ready made for any occasion.
