Please join Ballast Point on April 1 for their very first beer dinner at Miramar. Their talented chefs have prepared a four-course dinner that’s nothing to joke about! VP of Specialty Brewing Colby Chandler will be there to explain the beer pairings he’s chosen to go with each course, including some rare ones from the cellar.

Beer Braised Leg of Beast, served family-style
beef shank with glazed carrots, cipollini onion, roasemary potatoes and sauce Espagnole
2011 Navigator Doppelbock, Brandy Barrel Aged

Cheese Course
Cayhill Whiskey cheese
served with quince compote, grilled La Brea sourdough
Grunion Pale Ale

Dessert
Sea Monster Custard
with English toffee, caramelized bananas, Scottish shortbread & eucalyptus air
2010 Three Sheets Barley Wine, Rum Barrel aged
