A Pilsner brewed by Arrogant Brewing, under the Stone Brewing umbrella. Not your traditional pilsner, yet definitely a good one. Really lives up to the whole Arrogant brand and are a great beer to have on a hot day.

Appearance: Has a typical yellow tint that a pilsner does; yet it is more opaque than the typical pilsner. Produces a nice head as you pour it into your glass.

Aroma: Citrusy with hop notes coming in towards the end of the citrus. Light hint of the grains that tie both hops and citrus in together, no one aroma overpowers the other.

Taste: Light refreshing taste with the citrus flavors coming in the middle and the light hop finish which ties it all in to the Arrogant brand.

Mouthfeel: Light mouthfeel, very refreshing, has a slight silkiness to it. Definitely thinker than most other pilsners, yet that adds depth of flavor that other pilsners lack.

About The Author

I am a San Diego native who has fallen in love with beer. Started drinking craft brews as soon as I turned 21, and now I love introducing people to new beers. Stouts and porters are my go to beers, but I will try any beer at least once. Lately I have been going to Stone at Liberty Station and have been on the hunt for beers that are good to age at home. While not trying new beers and breweries out I also am a writer for Movie Floss, a bit of a movie buff. I am also an avid gamer and comic book reader.
