Alien Chef Jenny and Chef Oz of Cueva Bar are teaming up to create a meatless four (4) course dining menu, paired with craft brews from Modern Times Beer.

The event will be September 14th from 5pm-10pm. Tickets are going to be $35/guest which includes a 4 course 4 beer meal! Cueva Bar is located at 2123 Adams Ave, San Diego, California 92116!

Menu:

Chef Oz.
1st. Bruscheta trio paired with Oneida

Chef Jenny.
2nd. Beet risotto paired with Aurora (red rye IPA)
Manchego | pea tendril | seared mushroom “scallop”

Chef Oz.
3rd. Not so crab cake (made with hearts of palm) paired Fortunate Islands

Chef Jenny.
4th. Passion fruit panna cotta paired with fruit lands (sour cherry gose) Pistachio dust | vanilla foam | summer fruit coulis.
