Las Vegas, NV —Motley Brews’ Downtown Brew Festival (DBF) returns to the Clark County Amphitheater for its fifth anniversary celebration on Saturday, Oct. 22 from 5 to 9 p.m., with doors opening at 4 p.m. for Early Entry and VIP ticketholders. This intimate installation of Motley Brews’ famous craft beer festival offers fans the opportunity to sample brews from near and far in the quest to explore new and exciting craft beer flavors. With this year marking the fifth anniversary, here are five reasons you definitely can’t miss out:
- The Beer.
The Downtown Brew Festival boasts a flavorful roster of 200 of the world’s top craft brews from over 60 different local, regional, national and international breweries. Each brewery will bring the top brews of the season, allowing ticketholders to sample favorites while discovering new tastes. New to this year’s lineup include Nevada locals Lovelady Brewing Company, Record Street Brewing Company and Able Baker Brewing Company, with national newcomers such as Bootlegger’s Brewery, Dudes Brewing Company, 101 North Brewing Company, BoochCraft and Brew Rebellion.
- The Food.
The Downtown Brew Festival’s Festaurant Row features a diverse lineup of culinary creations by Las Vegas’ top restaurants and food trucks. Included on this year’s culinary roster are Truck-U-Barbecue, Oming’s Kitchen, QFS Tacos and many more.
- VIP Treatment.
VIP ticket holders will be treated to an exclusive experience as they enjoy the VIP Pavilion, an area of the festival focused on providing a private tasting of rare pours and specialty beers while guests sample an assortment of small bites prepared by Las Vegas celebrity chefs. This year, VIP guests will enjoy craft beer-inspired and infused dishes by celebrity chefs from on and off The Strip.
VIP ticketholders can enjoy limited edition brews and small bites prepared by two of Las Vegas’ finest culinary masterminds: Chef Brian Howard, who will present an exclusive pop-up taste of his Sparrow + Wolf concept; and Chef Gina Marinelli from D.O.C.G. Enoteca. Chef Howard will prepare two dishes for the festival: Wood Roasted Lamb Hearts served with a walnut and mint pesto and Muhammara Crepes. Chef Marinelli will offer VIP guests the opportunity to sample her famed Clam Cannellini Chowder and BBQ Quail with Calabrian sauce.
- Nonstop Entertainment.
With a stage at the center of the grassy area of the Clark County Amphitheater, music is a clear focal point of the Downtown Brew Festival experience. Ticketholders will enjoy nonstop music and entertainment by Trevor Green of San Diego, local Las Vegas artist Josh Royse and more.
- Enhanced Festival Programming.
Motley Brews has teamed up with a variety of partners to elevate the event by contributing their talents and services to create unique activities and experiences within the festival. Tickets for the Downtown Brew Festival are available for $40 for General Admission, $50 for Early Entry and $75 for VIP until Saturday, Oct. 22. Tickets will be available at the door at $50 for General Admission, $60 for Early Entry and $90 for VIP, pending availability.
