We are happy to announce that Ninkasi Brewing Company will be releasing two of their Rare and Delicious series in 22-ounce bottles later this month! We will be sure to get our alien hands on some for review as soon as we can! In the meantime, keep reading to find out more about what is in store for us.

Previously released on draft only, these small-batch beers offer craft beer drinkers a unique variety of styles while giving Ninkasi brewers a forum to explore and experiment. The first release, Velocihopter Double IPA, will debut mid-February, followed by Tart & Soul, a Blackberry Sour, available in March. Both will be available in 22-ounce bottles and on draft throughout most of Ninkasi’s distribution footprint.

“Our Rare & Delicious Series captures the creativity of our brewing team; now in bottles, we’re able to share these small-batch beers with even more of our fans,” says co-founder and founding brewer Jamie Floyd. “Many of these beers are passion projects, starting on a homebrew system and evolving along the way; we’re proud to show off the mastery of our brewing team.”
