We crashlanded at Second Chance Beer Co., where co-founder Curtis Hawes kindly let us taste their delicious beers. He kicked it up a notch when he perfectly paired Fool Me Twice Imperial IPA with Point Reyes Blue Cheese (for all you humanoid cheese lovers). The bold but extremely smooth hops matches perfectly with the bold flavors of the blue cheese. Overall, it’s a dangerously smooth double IPA that will make you forget you’re drinking an 8.8% ABV beer!
